To be considered for selection for the final conference in Palermo, participants must meet the following conditions:
- Participants must have successfully completed all six modules of the online HyPro4ST VOOC course by 31.03.2024 to be considered for the selection.
- Selection will be based on the highest total score achieved across all six modules.
- The three participants with the highest total scores from each country will be selected.
- If no participant from a country has completed all six modules, the selection will be based on the highest total score across all completed modules.
- If a participant has completed the same module in different languages, the module with the highest grade in that topic will be considered for the evaluation.
Coverage of travel expenses
- All selected participants will have their travel costs covered for the final conference to Palermo, Italy. Travel costs include transfer to and from airports, plane/train/bus ticket, overnight stay, and daily subsistence. Travel can be covered only from the HyPro4ST partner organisations’ country (Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Portugal, Hungary) and should not exceed the budget allocated by the respective project partner.
- Selected participants are responsible for obtaining and providing any necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, insurance).
Final selection and confirmation
Selected participants must confirm their participation within the specified deadline to secure their place.
The final list of selected participants will be announced after the evaluation of all grades, in the beginning of April, 2025.
