The three-year project “Sustainable Tourism Innovation Through Hybrid Project Management – HyPro4ST” was officially launched and held its Kick-off Meeting in Athens on 22-23 September 2022.

This project aims to implement an innovative and holistic approach in providing solutions in education to promote the sustainable development of the tourism sector through the creation of a new job profile titled “Sustainable and Hybrid Project Manager”. It also aspires to improve the knowledge and skills of people working in the tourism sector in the field of sustainable, hybrid, digital, creative, and entrepreneurial project management.

The project’s objective is to foster innovation through the cooperation and flow of knowledge between higher education, vocational education and training, and enterprises.

To achieve these goals, the HyPro4ST Alliance for Education and Enterprises was created, comprising 17 partners from 6 countries (Greece, Italy, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Portugal and Slovenia). The kick-off meeting brought together the members of the team that will work on the project and gave them the opportunity to get to know each other and kickstart their cooperation.
